Welcome to Dream'Art, your online sales site for modern decorative objects. These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the use of our website and transactions carried out on it. By accessing our site and making purchases, you agree to these terms.

Dream'Art is an online sales company for modern decorative objects, registered in the Trade and Companies Register under number 848 765 988, whose head office is located at 13 rue de l'industrie, 01150 Sault Brenaz.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those which appear on the Dream'Art site on the day the user consults the site, within the limits of available stocks. Each product is accompanied by a description established by Dream'Art. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered.

3. Price

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. They take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products.

4. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below.

5. Payment terms

Payment for your purchases is made by credit card using the secure Stripe system.

6. Delivery

Products purchased on Dream'Art are delivered to mainland France and the rest of the world. Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on logistical constraints.

7. Returns and Refunds

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your order. Return costs are your responsibility.

8. Liability

Dream'Art cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Dream'Art site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dream'Art. It is prohibited to copy, exploit, distribute or use in any way, even partially, the elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.

10. Personal data

Dream'Art reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including by using cookies. Buyers may object to the disclosure of their contact details by notifying Dream'Art.
